Just an FYI: I would definitely accept this ring in lieu of a big diamond engagement ring. I think it's a totally acceptable  substitute.

Seriously, it's a great ring, and it's only $15  and it's hand made, and it has an adjustable band, which is always awesome. So I'd accept it if, say, you couldn't make it to the jewelers to pick up the custom cut trillion diamond ring with round sidestones and a channel set eternity band in white gold that you designed yourself months ago.

I could wear this ring instead until the next business day, for sure.
